Pad Thai with Fresh Shrimp

          Starting with the basic Pad Thai menu that everyone will appreciate first is Pad Thai with Fresh Shrimp. The ingredients are the same as making a typical Pad Thai, just switch from dried shrimp to fresh shrimp. How many of them do you want to eat? Put them in until they are full. Season with chili powder, fish sauce, and sugar as you like.


​Pad Thai Sauce
​ ​Fresh shrimp (cut off the skin, remove the black veins) 3-5 (as you like) )
​​ ​yellow tofu (diced) 3 tbsp
radish (chopped) 2 tbsp
thin noodles 

Raw bean sprouts
chives (cut into pieces)
1 chicken egg
vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
​​​ Roasted Peanuts (as you like)
​​​ Fresh vegetables (for a couple)

Ingredients Pad Thai Sauce

2 Tbsp Palm Sugar

2 Tbsp Tamarind Sauce

1.5 Tbsp Fish Sauce

1 Tsp Chili Powder (or Spicy as you like)

How to make Pad Thai Sauce

Mix Palm Sugar Tamarind juice, fish sauce and chili powder together. Bring it up to a heat until it’s hot and the palm sugar dissolves. (If you want to keep it for several days, wait until it boils and then store it in a container with a tight lid)

How to make Pad Thai Shrimp.

          1. Put vegetable oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add fresh shrimp and stir fry until the shrimp is cooked. Scoop up onto a prepared plate.
          2. Tofu and stir fry in the same pan until golden brown and fragrant. Followed by chopped radish, stir well enough to combine. Add the prepared Pad Thai sauce and stir until it starts to boil.
          3. Add the noodles that have been soaked in water and stir to combine gently, then use a spatula to put the noodles on the side of the
