BBQ Pork Ribs.
One can never get enough of the BBQ Pork Ribs in the open with family on Sundays. The family and friends time with games and delicious food is something we can survive on for days.
- 1 small jar tomato sauce (about 3 cups)
- 2 cups chili sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped young ginger (you can use old ginger, add the amount you like)
- 1/3 cup minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- About 1 tablespoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 cup honey (if not available, use granulated sugar)
- Pork spare ribs 2 kg.
- 4 cups of water

How to make BBQ Pork Ribs?
