300g sliced pork tenderloin,
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese wine
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon kimchi
2 tablespoons chili paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
toasted white sesame and stalks
How to do it
- Mix Japanese Soy Sauce, Sugar, Ground Pepper, Chinese Wine and Sesame Oil together. Add the pork and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Stir-fry the marinated pork with oil over medium heat until cooked. Add chili paste and kimchi to stir together and taste
as you like.
- Put on a plate, sprinkle toasted white sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Served with shredded cabbage
